ITI’s Board of Directors is comprised of senior level officers from all of ITI member companies and is responsible for setting major Council policies, goals, objectives and directions.
The Board reviews for approval, disapproval or change, priority issues to be addressed by the Council, and actively participates in their resolution or achievement.
The Board also has oversight authority over all ITI personnel, including the President, as well as all Council activities and policy committees.
