Board of Directors
All ITI member companies are entitled to a seat on ITI's Board of Directors. The Board is comprised of officers from ITI member companies and is responsible for setting major Council policies, goals, strategic objectives and direction. The Board reviews priority issues to be addressed by the Council, and actively participates in their resolution or achievement. The Board has oversight authority over all ITI personnel, including the President, and over all activities and ITI's Executive committee.

Public Policy Advocacy and Representation
ITI is the recognized leader of the high-tech sector in critical advocacy areas, including innovation, trade, immigration policy, health IT, energy and environment, and tax. ITI members can participate in over 15 ITI committees that represent the industry and its priorities in domestic and global venues. Through your membership, you gain:

  • Industry strategy sessions to discuss policy and compliance issues, develop industry policy positions, and influence government policies in the United States and around the world;

To do this most effectively, ITI maintains a members-only website for committee updates, key legislative, technical and regulatory documents, upcoming events and meetings, and discussion.
