About - Staff Member - Eminence Griffin
Eminence Northcutt Griffin serves as the Director of Federal Procurement and Counsel for the Information Technology Alliance for the Public Sector (ITAPS), a division of ITI, where she works to develop policy and advance the interests of the Information Technology sector vis-à-vis federal procurement.
Prior to joining ITAPS, Eminence spent over six years as the Procurement Counsel on the House Small Business Committee. During her tenure, Eminence worked extensively across committees, chambers, party lines, and trade associations to hold hearings, develop legislation, and conduct oversight across an array of procurement issues. Most notably, Eminence worked successfully with the Armed Services Committees in both the House and Senate to include key provisions of legislation she developed in the National Defense Authorization Act. During her tenure, Eminence has built strong relationships across party lines, within both Chambers of Congress, executive branch agencies, and trade associations.
A proud Red Raider, Eminence earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Texas Tech University, and a Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s University School of Law.
