As Director of Environment and Sustainability for ITI, Erica leads the associations federal and state advocacy efforts for electronics recycling and its sustainability initiatives in Latin America.  In this capacity she advocates for cost effective market based solutions by facilitating ITI’s working groups on these issues with broad industry representation that monitor and influence the promulgation and implementation of best practices in product stewardship.

Prior to joining ITI, Erica worked as an EHS Regulatory Affairs Manager for Xerox Corporation.  In this role, she focused on assessing the business impacts of electronics recycling and material restriction legislation in the U.S. and Latin America.  She also focused on eco-design standards development initiatives such as EPEAT.  Prior to her time with Xerox, Erica worked for a number of years at Eastman Kodak Company where she handled a range of environment, health, safety and sustainability issues.

Erica has a B.S. in chemistry from Rochester Institute of Technology, an M.S. in industrial hygiene from the University of Rochester and is a certified industrial hygienist.
