Kara Calvert
Director of Government Relations
Serving as a Director of Government Relations, Kara Calvert’s
policy portfolio includes workforce issues, education and immigration,
health information technology, export controls and electronic commerce
issues. Kara’s understanding of policy and policy strategy,
along with her outstanding communication skills, help members of Congress
understand and respond positively to the goals and technological advancements
of ITI’s members. Prior to working for ITI, Kara served as
a Legislative Assistant in the office of Senator Michael Enzi (R-WY),
where her policy expertise included trade, technology, taxes, the federal
budget, transportation and Indian affairs.
Kara is a Wyoming native and a graduate of University of Wyoming with a B.S.
in Business.
