Joshua Rosenberg

Manager of Technology and Trade Policy

As a member of ITI’s Technology and Trade team, Josh Rosenberg manages policy issues relating to technical standards and regulations and their global impact on information and communication technologies. Josh also staffs ITI’s Latin America Regulatory Network, which utilizes local ITI members in the region to help predict and respond to critical market access and regulatory issues.

Prior to joining ITI, Josh spent three years as a consultant at a public affairs consulting firm in Washington, specializing in technology and telecommunications policy.  He has also worked as an economist at the National Institute of Standards and Technology’s Advanced Technology Program and spent four years living and working in Japan.

Josh received his B.A. in political science from Tufts University and holds a Master’s Degree in international business and policy from the University of California, San Diego.
