Board of Directors

The ITI Board of Directors is comprised of senior level officers from ITI member companies and is responsible for setting major Council policies, goals, objectives and directions.

The Board reviews for approval, disapproval or change, priority issues to be addressed by the Council, and actively participates in their resolution or achievement.

The Board has oversight authority over all ITI personnel, including the President, as well as all activities and ITI committees.
