The Environmental Leadership Council (ELC) at ITI represents almost 70 of the principal manufacturers of information technology equipment, wireless and consumer electronics devices, and other electronic and high-tech products and systems.
A new online community that brings together industry officials, affiliated trade groups, non-governmental organizations and consumers to share best practices and ideas on how information and communications technology (ICT) can further the nation’s environmental and energy goals.
ITI’s High Tech Industry Blueprint highlights the education initiatives that ICT member companies are spearheading and funding to meet the needs of America’s 21st century workforce.
Advocating for legislation that would give the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) authority to hold voluntary incentive auctions, as called for in the FCC’s March 2010 National Broadband Plan (NBP) and President Obama’s June 2010 spectrum memo.
Environmental Leadership Council (ELC)
ITI's Environmental Leadership Council (the ELC) is the preeminent industry voice for key domestic environmental policy. ELC members have access to domestic advocacy and compliance assistance in the areas of electronics recycling, environmentally preferable purchasing and materials selection. The ELC is a separate membership within the Information Technology Industry Council's Environment & Sustainability division that allows companies to engage in certain domestic, product-related environmental issues without joining ITI. The Environmental Leadership Council (ELC) at ITI represents roughly 70 of the principal manufacturers of information technology equipment, wireless and consumer electronics devices, and other electronic and high-tech products and systems.
Digital Energy Solutions Campaign (DESC)
The Digital Energy Solutions Campaign (DESC) brings together information and communications technology (ICT) companies and associations, non-governmental organizations, customers and other stakeholders who recognize the enabling role that ICT plays in improving our environment and driving long-term economic growth. DESC was launched in 2008 and in 2010 was moved to the Information Technology Industry Council to help advance the Campaign’s work and is separate membership option.
DESC is committed to achieving a common objective: advancing policies that help drive sustainable economic growth through ICT-enabled energy efficiency and clean energy innovation across every sector of our nation’s economy.

High-Tech Spectrum Coalition
Four leading high tech trade associations have joined forces to create the High Tech Spectrum Coalition (HTSC) to advocate for legislation that would give the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) authority to hold voluntary incentive auctions, as called for in the FCC’s March 2010 National Broadband Plan (NBP) and President Obama’s June 2010 spectrum memo.
HTSC members include the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA), the Information Technology Industry Council (ITI), the Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA), and the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA).

CBEMA Curve
The ITI (CBEMA) Curve was published by Technical Committee 3 (TC3) of the Information Technology Industry Council (formerly known as the Computer & Business Equipment Manufacturer's Association).
The ITI (CBEMA) Curve and the Application Note describe an AC input voltage envelope which typically can be tolerated (no interruption in function) by most Information Technology Equipment (ITE).
The Curve and this Application Note comprise a single document and are not to be considered separately from each other. They are not intended to serve as a design specification for products or AC distribution systems. The Curve and this Application Note describe both steady-state and transitory conditions.
