ITI is the only high-tech trade association that compiles a widely utilized Congressional Scorecard - the ITI High Tech Vote Guide.

This comprehensive voting guide not only reflects legislators' varying levels of commitment to tech-friendly policy, but also how successful the high-tech industry has been in spreading awareness of information and communications technology (ICT) as a driving force behind American economic growth, innovation, and job creation.   

The ITI High Tech Vote Guide is the only technology related evaluation cited in the Almanac of American Politics.

ITI updates the Congressional scorecard every two years, to coincide with the final vote of a session of Congress.
