Board
of Directors
All ITI member companies are entitled to a seat on ITI's Board of Directors.
The Board is comprised of officers from ITI member companies and is responsible
for setting major Association policies, goals, strategic objectives and
direction. The Board reviews priority issues to be addressed by the
Association, and actively participates in their resolution or achievement. The
Board has oversight authority over all ITI personnel, including the President,
and over all activities and ITI's Executive committee.
