Today Dean Garfield, president and CEO of the Information Technology Industry Council (ITI), sent a letter to members of the Obama Administration cabinet, urging them to take strong action on China’s “indigenous innovation” procurement policy. This policy creates market access barriers and threatens to undermine global innovation and growth. Eighteen other heads of U.S. trade associations also signed the letter.
