About - Staff Member - Kelsey Guyselman
Kelsey Guyselman serves as Senior Director of Government Affairs and Counsel at the Information Technology Industry Council. Previously, Kelsey was the Senior Policy Counsel at the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, where she advanced the Administration's priorities related to technology and innovation. Her portfolio included broadband, spectrum, Internet policy and other telecommunications issues.
Prior to the White House, Kelsey served as Counsel to the Committee on Energy and Commerce in the US House of Representatives, where she advised Chairmen Fred Upton, Greg Walden, and Marsha Blackburn on communications and technology matters. Kelsey was also a law clerk at CTIA-The Wireless Association.
Kelsey graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University with a degree in Journalism and Political Science, and has her J.D. from the Catholic University of America’s Columbus School of Law, where she also received a Certification in Communications Law Studies and was a senior editor of the CommLaw Conspectus.
