WASHINGTON – Today, global tech trade association ITI issued the following statement to mark the one-year anniversary of the Executive Order on Improving the Nation’s Cybersecurity:
“President Biden’s Executive Order on Cybersecurity is a landmark action that rightly prioritized this critical policy issue,” said President and CEO, Jason Oxman. “Its in-depth approach took meaningful steps to modernize and secure federal information systems, networks, and supply chains. As the administration progresses with implementation, we look forward to continuing our partnership with implementing agencies to provide industry’s perspective and ensure the U.S. government and contractors have the proper resources and support to fulfill the Executive Order’s important security objectives.”
