WASHINGTON, D.C.—Information Technology Industry Council (ITI) President and CEO Dean Garfield will testify at the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence hearing: Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) Reforms in Hart 216 tomorrow at 2:30 p.m. EDT. The focus of the hearing will be to examine the House-passed USA Freedom Act. Garfield has been confirmed as a witness and will testify on the hearing’s second panel along with other witnesses.
